Sofa Love
Nellie has now fully ‘trialled’ all the seating and has designated her favourite spots.
First prize goes to the lounge corner sofa, which is super snuggly with its wool blanket throws and oversized cushions.
Silver goes to the kitchen sofa, being located close to amenities: food bowl, water and magical fridge (purveyor of cheese, chicken and other delicacies).
In close third is the kitchen armchair: cosy, but a challenge for two (proximity to company being highly desirable).
Honourable mention goes to the ‘observation platform’ : v. uncomfortable yet well placed sofa under lounge window.
Needless to say, relaxing in the boudoir trumps all the above, but remains out of bounds until bedtime.

This was adorable and so funny. I think my dogs do the same thing. One of them thinks he owns the sofa downstairs in our family room. The other one loves a particular chair next to a window, so she can see everything that’s happening in the neighborhood.
Nellie is beautiful! And it looks like she is settling in quite well. I am so happy for all of you. 🙂
